On my Android smartphone / tablet, the error message “Duo is repeatedly stopped” is displayed and the Duo app cannot be used.




 I am using an Android smartphone / tablet.
The error message “Duo is stopped repeatedly” is displayed and the Duo app cannot be used.
What should i do?
 Please refer to the following remedies.

Workaround

1.Update the Duo app from the Google Play store.

※If the Google Play store cannot be started
“Settings”→”Apps and notifications”→”Show all XX apps”→”Duo”→”App details”→”Update”

※If the Google Play store cannot be started
“Settings”→”Apps and notifications”→”Show all XX apps”→”Chrome”→”App details”→”Update”

※If the Google Play store cannot be started
